Notre Dame Law Review Symposia 2024-25 Call for Proposals

The Notre Dame Law Review is seeking and accepting proposals for symposia to appear in its 100th anniversary volume:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."


I am hoping that The Law Review will choose a topic that addresses the relationship between The Spirit Of The Law and The Spirit Of The Constitution in regards to The Sanctity and Dignity of human life from the moment of conception to natural death, while recognizing that the intentional destruction of an innocent beloved son or daughter residing in their mother’s womb, which is never a “victimless “ crime , and in fact, establishes “a risk of harm”, to all future generations, stands in direct conflict with both The Spirit Of The Law and The Spirit Of The Constitution in regards to first and foremost, securing our inherent Right to Life, upon which “forming a more perfect Union, establishing Justice, insuring domestic Tranquility, providing for the common defense, promoting the general Welfare, and securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, depends in every State of The United States Of America.
