The Pending Section 3 Litigation

Just to give anyone interested an update:

1. A state quo warranto action against Couy Griffin, a County Commissioner in New Mexico, is scheduled to go to trial in August. Griffin's federal suit for a preliminary injunction was rejected by the District Court this week on standing and abstention grounds.

2. The state appeal in the Marjorie Taylor-Greene case will be heard in July. The 11th Circuit has scheduled argument in her federal case for August, assuming that there is anything left to decide by then.
