Clay v. United States
The latest Ken Burns documentary is on Muhammed Ali. It's very well done, even if you don't like sports. One of the most interesting portions is about Ali's case before the Supreme Court on his objection to the draft for the Vietnam War. There is commentary from a law clerk to Justice Harlan on the behind-the-scenes story about the Court's decision to vacate Ali's conviction. Quite a dramatic tale, if you have the time to watch the program.

Not really. The person has strongly held idiosyncratic views that will be like Prof. Eric Segall finding people at Federalist Society agreeing with him on something.
They both might strongly disagree with the Federalist Society on some issues, but they are not quite median ACS members either.

Regarding the virus, both the attempt and fulfillment of obstructing Justice, through the denial of our inherent, Unalienable Right to Liberty, and for some, their inherent Unalienable Right to Life, the securing and protection upon which our inherent Unalienable Right to Liberty and The Pursuit Of Happiness depends, (not only the life of those aborted sons and daughters, who did not consent to participate in the experimental vaccine, but the lives of those who were refused treatment that has been used successfully to treat symptoms of Covid 19) and the resulting undermining of our Constitution in order to form a new form of government, sans religious liberty and health care liberty, leading to a further Obstruction Of Justice, it is important to note that Cov 1 became a “pandemic”, due to “a novel virus” due to the addition of a furin receptor on a spike protein that changed Cov 1 into Cov 2, resuling not only in a pandemic spread of the Cov 1 virus, due to iron deregulation, that for the majority of persons, at this point in time, was no greater threat than a cold or flu, but for some susceptible persons could result, either now, or in the future, due to iron deregulation, in serious complications. In fact, the CDC knew, from the beginning of the pandemic, which group of persons, were at risk, the elderly, those with diabetes, and those with compromised immune systems, and unfortunately, many of those persons were harmed to the point of losing their lives, because despite the continuation of the “lockdown”, so many were neglected in various nursing homes due to negligent policies that increased their susceptibility to the virus that has the potential for some susceptible persons to cause toxicity due to iron deregulation, due to an imbalance of furin and hepcidin, which regulate iron. Unfortunately, they had no recourse due to the fact that no one was held accountable due to the State Of Emergency that was declared, and continues to this day despite the fact that we know we are dealing with iron deregulation and toxicity, in some susceptible persons now, and through continue vaccination, more persons who were not a risk, have the potential to become part of those persons who are susceptible to harm, due to their individual iron levels no longer being in proper balance.

Why the delay in prosecuting Trump for incitement of insurrection (28 U.S.C. 2383)?
I thought with you back at the DOJ the rule of law would be respected and Trump would be brought to justice, rather than remaining above the law.
Anyway, it ain't over till it's over.
Hopefully, you and OLC can convince MG to do justice, although the heavens may fall.

There was a cable movie made about the case.
It was of mixed value, but for court watchers, it was fun seeing the justices portrayed etc.
