Symposium on Birch Bayh

The Fordham Law Review just published an excellent symposium issue on the legacy of Senator Birch Bayh, who was one of the most consequential legislators in modern terms. It's well worth your time.

Yes, some interesting stuff, including from his second wife.

I read his first wife's book. It too is worthwhile. Also, Bayh's book talking about his work to ratify the 25th Amendment.
