Thanks for having me back to blog again in November.  I enjoy this month’s slot because it is always a dynamic time, and this year it's no different--Adele has just released a new song in 3 years; the Midwest is most definitely changing seasons right now; meat market is in full swing; classes are barreling to an end; and every law review is headed to press, if my bunched deadlines are any indication.  So, to the extent I have a theme planned in this month’s posts, it will be the changes happening these days, generally in law and specifically in my areas of research & teaching (family law, trusts & estates, & tax).  Looking forward to it,
