Always read beyond the headline
Admit it. How many of you see this headline--Alabama judge: Marriage ruling worse than segregation decision--and thought Roy Moore was talking about Brown?

I figured he meant Plessy. But the irony is that that's the more offensive and ridiculous statement (you either have to be fairly tolerant of Plessy or insanely anti-gay-marriage to think that), whereas worse than Brown is probably a correct assessment in terms of rhetoric, reasoning, lay persuasiveness, maybe doctrine.
