I Think Ted Cruz is Eligible to the Presidency
And I say so on CNN.Com here. I adhere to my view that John McCain was not eligible, because the statute making people born in the Canal Zone U.S. citizens was not passed until after he was born. The people of the United States clearly agreed with me, because you will notice, Senator McCain to this day has never been President. Stephen Sachs has a powerful rejoinder to my argument here.Posted by Jack Chin on August 13, 2013 at 07:33 PM | Permalink

The "powerful rejoinder" being "tentative," I wonder what a non-tentative rejoinder would be like. Super-powerful?
