Signing off

Just like that, I'm out.  And so much I didn't get to: two cert petitions before the Supreme Court on disability cases (in my view, bad decisions below, but nervous about cert), the web accessibility regulations potentially coming out of the Department of Justice soon (important, time to get it going), and most importantly, whether the Angels manage a better start than last year (right now 2-4 both years, but I am optimistic).  Alas, those will have to wait until my next blogging stint.  In the meantime, if you have the time and inclination, please check out my new piece "Disability Constitutional Law," where I argue that the disability rights movement should invest some resources in the project of reclaiming constitutional law.
