The Petrie-Flom Center on the Affordable Care Act Cert Grant

For those who are following the cert grant on health care reform's constitutionality, I thought I'd mention two items connected to the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law that I co-direct.

The first is an op-ed in the NY Times by my colleague and the Center's founding director Einer Elhauge on the mandate question that appeared yesterday.

The second is the webcast of an event we hosted with Jim Blumstein of Vanderbilt law on the constitutionality of the Medicaid expansion requirement under the Affordable Care Act, a separate question on which the Court also granted cert that has thus far garnered less attention.
