Saludos desde Miami!
I am back for my second stint as a guest blogger at Prawfsblag for the Dog Days of July. I appreciate the opportunity afforded me by our fearless leader Dan Markel and my friend and colleague Howard Wasserman, et alia.
I have no agenda. I have no plan. Hell, it's only a blog. I am just going to have some fun and try as best I can to avoid any actionable slander and libel. So lower your expectations for "Tom Baker unplugged."
