My Final Post on the Ministerial Exception

Caroline Corbin at Co-Op has another post on the ministerial exception, and Tom Berg has a reply over at Mirror of Justice.  I'd love to respond more now, but I'm swamped with a number of things that are probably going to prevent that from happening.  But I did want to say that I will eventually be responding--my piece on the ministerial exception will be coming out this fall in the North Carolina Law Review, in the nick of time for Hosanna-Tabor.  (Not like the Court will read it, of course, but we can all dream, can't we?)  It needs a lot of work, so I haven't posted it yet to SSRN.   But if you're interested in seeing it when it's ready (or perhaps you're just masochistic or suffering from insomnia), I'd be glad (thrilled really) to send it your way.
