Fiduciary Representation and Deliberative Engagement with Children

The Journal of Political Philosophy has just pre-released an article of mine (co-authored with David Ponet of UNICEF); it will be published in a print issue in 2012.  The paper uses dimensions of fiduciary law to understand how we can better think about the representation of children in democracies.  You can get the full paper here.

I will be discussing the paper, along with other related projects, at LSA this summer.  Evan Criddle has organized an exciting roundtable on the "Fiduciary Foundations of Public Law" -- and I am looking forward to seeing many of you there.
