Greetings from the Ice Planet Hoth
Now that I've shoveled out from the blizzard here in Milwaukee, I can begin posting. Thanks to Dan and the Prawfsblawg crew for inviting me back for another visit; I hadn't realized how much time had passed. The last time I was here, I blogged a four-part series on the Scrabble vs. Scrabulous lawsuit (Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV) that ultimately turned into an article, Games and Other Uncopyrightable Systems, just out in the latest issue of the George Mason Law Review. Another post paved the way for an amicus brief I recently drafted for the Viacom v. YouTube case, which will also be turning into an article at a law review near you. I hope this visit is as fruitful!
