Lost on the Supreme Court

In a recent post on MoJ, Steve Shiffrin writes: "Robby George was able to identify only two justices (White and Black) appointed by Democratic Presidents in modern times that he could approve – those who he said applied what he calls “constitutionalist” premises."

I think the real question here is: which one will get off the island - Justice White or Black?  And how will it affect Hurley?

But who is Robby George in this amusing metaphor: Ben? Jack? Sawyer? Richard? Desmond? Charles Whitmore? Nerdy law prof/Lost fans want to know!!

I think Robby George as Ben works for me.
