Hurt on the Law School Exam Post-Mortem

This inspired post from Christine Hurt at Conglomerate on how to conduct the post-exam discussion with a student is both laughing out loud funny and so true.  While you are over there, her categorization of blogosphere commentary on the Kagan nomination is also worth a chuckle.
