Herbert "Jack" Miller, R.I.P.
The summer after my third-year of law school, and then later for two years as an associate, I had the privilege and pleasure of working for an amazing lawyer, Jack Miller (founding partner of the D.C. law firm that become Miller, Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin). Jack passed away recently. My friend John Elwood has a great reflection about Jack up at the Volokh Conspiracy. Check it out. (Also worth reading is this interview, which the D.C. Bar published a few years ago.)Posted by Rick Garnett on November 16, 2009 at 05:09 PM in Rick Garnett | Permalink
