New book on statutory interpretation reviewed by Rick Pildes

Here, on Hasen's election law blog. If you are like me in that you are fascinated by what it means to follow a rule, then you'll likely enjoy a book about an enormous 19th century legal dispute over whether a whale is a "fish" within the meaning of an inspection statute.
