The initial postings in the Course Preparation Project begin today. The purpose of the project is to create a place to share thoughts on developing a new course. Further details can be found here.
After receiving addtional suggestions for courses, I'll be setting up discussion posts for the following courses:
- Civil Procedure
- Constitutional Law
- Contracts
- Criminal Law
- Criminal Procedure
- Torts
- Property
- Business Associations
- Evidence
- Professional Responsibility
- Intellectual Property (including Copyright, Trademark, and Patent)
- Taxation (Individual)
The key to this project will be participation from everyone -- experienced folks as well as new professors. I'll be putting up the initial posts soon. Thanks for your participation!
