Choosing Supplemental Materials: Business Associations

On my TWEN site I post relevant sections of partnership, LLC, and corporations stautes in both PDF and through Westlaw links.
I have five main reasons for doing this. First, I hate to make the students carry around yet another book (e.g. a statutory supplement), though I must concede that the KRB supplement is thin. Second, I hate to make the students pay for yet another book. Third, I like students to see the sources of law in their original context. Fourth, while it is generally identical with the Uniform Acts, I use Tennessee law. Fifth, I have digital versions of the law handy anyway since I paste them into my PPT slides.
