Thanks to William & Mary for a Great Conference
I have not blogged since late last week because the weekend saw me in Williamsburg for William & Mary's annual Supreme Court preview. The two-day conference was great, with several panels featuring prominent academics, practicing attorneys, and journalists, on various topics relating to the cases that the Roberts Court recently decided or that face the Court in the upcoming Term. I was able to bring five of the nine students in my seminar with me, and each of us had a wonderful time. Thanks!
