New journal on "Catholic Legal Studies"

St. John's University School of Law has a new (or, a re-made) journal, The Journal of Catholic Legal Studies, and the latest issue is available online.  The issue features papers by Michael Perry ("Capital Punishment and the Morality of Human Rights") and Mark Sargent ("Utility, the Good, and Civic Happiness:  A Catholic Critique of Law and Economics"), and also a symposium on "Religious Education and the Liberal State," which includes a contribution by Jim Dwyer (whose new book was discussed here at Prawfsblawg a few days ago).  Check it out.
