Conglomerate Forum on Enron Trial
Today and tomorrow the Conglomerate is hosting a forum on the Enron trial. As Gordon Smith described in the announcement, the forum will "explore issues relating to the use of criminal law as a corporate governance mechanism in the wake of last week's guilty verdicts against Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling."
