Ethan Leib Appreciation Day
Although readers of Prawfs may not know it, Ethan's earlier blogging at Dissemination.org inspired me to start this blog (and to rescue poach him from there). Moreover, today is Ethan's birthday; indeed it's his 30th, if I'm not mistaken.
Thus today is a good day for Ethan Leib Appreciation Day. Out of gratitude for his acerbic wit and antinomian wisdom, not to mention the sheer relish with which he eats plums, send him a bottle of scotch and some bubble bath. Alternatively, wish him happy birthday in the comments and prove to us that someone other than Dan Solove (with Brian Leiter's help) can create a post that gets 90 comments. Happy Birthday buddy!

Happy Birthday, Ethan! I remember a scene from The World According to Garp where Robin Williams sheepishly tells the babysitter that he is 30. When I saw that movie, 30 seemed really old to me. Not so much anymore, huh?
