The Tragedy of New Orleans
It is heartbreaking to see this wonderful city in such devastation. The problem seems unfathomable. What do we do when an entire major metropolitan city has become completely uninhabitable for months? Nearly a million people homeless, totally displaced, without a place to work or live – for a long and indefinite period of time.
