Leib on Taiwan and China

I am on the editorial board of a new journal, The Journal of Public Deliberation.  I was invited to be part of the journal on account of my book.  The articles in the first issue are up and are pretty stimulating, if you are a deliberative democracy type.  Peter Levine has posted about the contents here.

My contribution, The Chinese Communist Party and Deliberative Democracy, is available for download from the journal's website.  There seems to be some discussion of it on Chinese blogs here and here.  If you can translate for me, letting me know what they are saying about the article, I'd be most grateful.

Thanks.
