Saving the Neighborhood: A Cool Conference in Warm Tucson, January 31, 2014A wonderful new book on restrictive covenants by Richard R.W. Brooks and Carol Rose will be the subject of a day-long conference in Tucson on January 31, 2014. The book, Saving the Neighborhood: Racially Restrictive Covenants, Law, and Social Norms, will be discussed by panelists including law professors Robert W.
