Conversation on First Amendment Institutions

I am extremely grateful to Marc DeGirolami, who conducted both a print and a telephone conversation with me about my new book, First Amendment Institutions, which incidentally makes a great Doppelganger Week gift. 9780674055414 Marc has posted our print conversation at the Center for Law and Religion Forum; a podcast of our phone conversation should be available soon through the Federalist Society, which is initiating a series of podcasts on new books. Marc's own book, The Tragedy of Religious Freedom, will be out later this spring.
