More Sad News: David Baldus, RIP

The University of Iowa College of Law reports: Professor David Baldus died peacefully at home early this morning. Please join us in extending our deepest sympathies to the Baldus family and in feeling gratitude for the opportunity to have known this great man.

I had Professor Baldus for criminal law in my first year of law school. I distinctly remember the large amount of supplements we had, and how he referred to each of them as our "friends." Don't know the answer? Check with your friend, the Model Penal Code.
