Drumbl Rumblings
I'm pleased to announce that my fellow Canadian-born prawf, Mark Drumbl (Washington and Lee), will be joining us the next few weeks to share some insights drawn from and relevant to his new book from Cambridge University Press, Atrocity, Punishment, and International Law. Welcome Mark!
