The Day After: Feeling a Little Bloggy

Really enjoyed last night’s blogging celebration, which, for those who kerr, was a conglomerate of juris-dynamic personalities.  Many topics were discussed, some a bit of a frolic and detour (appropriate for workplace law profs?) and some of a deeply philosophical, perhaps almost madisonian nature.  In the end, despite a conspiracy, all concurred in the opinion that no one is above the law.
